It is most critical, in our experience, to have onsite technical leadership that is experienced in managing global development teams as well as managing the implementation of a client China team.
Day 1 - Day 90 - The first 90 days of an implementation is the critical success period, where the client line management ramps-up through assistance and coaching methodologies and practices that have assisted with numerous client implementations.
Transition to China Leadership - We have successfully worked with a number of clients that deal directly with the China team delivery managers and eliminate additional levels of project managers, and client account personnel.
HIME Technology uses project managers and client service personnel on each account, however, we feel it is imperative to connect the client with the technical team leadership and individuals who are responsible for delivery of the client programs.
