HIME Technology is committed to developing its single most important asset - its people. Every year, from October to November, HIME Technology starts its annual "Campus Recruiting" program. We offer staff clearly defined career paths and ensure they receive the best training, on the job support and mentoring as possible. HIME Technology has run a formalized graduate recruitment campaign selecting students nationwide since 2002. Successful graduates participate in the annual graduate trainee program every July. HIME Technology's English Only Working Environment also allows new hires to quickly improve their English soon after they join.
HIME Technology's "Graduate Trainee Program" is an intensive three month program combining instructor- led workshops and on-the-job training. HIME Technology utilizes both external and internal training resources to deliver five basic training modules. These modules include: HIME Technologys Culture and Policies, Process and Work Flows, Technical Training, On-the-Job Training, and real-time Pilot Project Testing and Development. The key components of the various training modules are CMMi Systems, Software Development Processes, and ISO Security Policies. Following the three month program, graduates will join their allocated project teams. Those who successfully complete the training program will be offered formal appointments at the end of the first year. During the training program, HIME Technology holds various team activities for new graduates to build internal relationships and promote team work among our new recruits.
