GuoJun Cai

COO

GuoJun Cai is involved in determining the strategic business direction and is responsible for: strategy implementation, operational activities and the performance checks of all company departments and offices. His excellent team management, technical background and coordination skills empower him to successfully control the operational costs and risks and act as a key coordinator among departments. Prior to joining HIME Technology, GuoJun Cai held project manager and software architect positions at New Oriental Education & Technical Group.

GuoJun Cai received his Bachelor degree in Science from China University of Geosciences.

Jiangping Wu

CTO

Jiangping Wu has concentrate on financial sector information system construction for many years and accumulated wealth knowledge in financial information system construction. He also participated in the core business system development for many state-owned commercial banks. Wu has worked on the research of history, current situation and development trend of financial information system at home and abroad, which provide the reference for domestic financial sector information system construction. Under his hard work, company creates a good atmosphere for study and job training, which helps to train high quality and innovative employees.

Jun Wu

CFO

As the company's senior director, Jun Wu has developed a set of reasonable motivation system to stabilize the team. As a senior accountant, she promotes to increase income and reduce expenditure and to struggle the government support as far as possible. Under her leadership, HIME Technology has obtained Computer Information System Integration Qualification Certificate 4, Shanghai Software Company, high-tech enterprises. And the company is also selected as Class B units of the financial accounting credit by Huangpu District, Shanghai Finance Bureau.

Zhiwen Tan

Senior Vice President, US Business Development & Solution Development

As the founder of HIME Technology's US operation since 2004, Zhiwen led the company to dramatic growth in vertical market product solutions in US market. Zhiwen is responsible for the company's business development strategy both in solution and service in US market. and overseeing its expansion into new global markets with his extensive technical background and research and analysis ability.

Zhiwen received his Bachelor degree in Computer Information System from Cal Poly Pomona University.

Frank Tan

Vice President, China Business Development

As a vice president of Business Development, Frank is responsible for the company's business development strategy and overseeing its expansion into new global markets. Frank's extensive project management experience along with his research and analysis ability are a HIME Technology treasure. Prior to joining HIME Technology, Frank served as a consultant in Accenture Japan, one of the largest IT consulting companies in the world; where he learned the critical criteria for IT Business. Before joining Accenture, Frank worked for a Sweden Autodiagnos Company as chief representative.

Frank earned a Master's degree in Science from the Tokyo Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree in Science from Beijing Institute of Technology.

Yanqiang Tan

Vice President, Quality Assurance

Yanqiang joined HIME Technology as a project manager at its foundation in 2001. He successfully managed several large-scale HIME Technology projects to completion and is familiar with the software development process of CMMI, Agile, Scrum, Amongst other. maintains.

In his role as QA leadof HIME Technology, Yanqiang improves and the company's quality assurance policies and procedures, and coordinates HIME Technology's CMMI certification process. He also manages the QA team to automate the process of the team performance measurement and project quality evaluation.

Yanqiang received a Bachelor's degree of Computer Software from the Frankzhou College of Architectural Technology.
