Commitment to quality is at the core of Hime Technology's culture and serves as our primary approach to client management. Hime Technology was among the first 20 companies in all of China to obtain CMM Level 3 Certification and truly practices CMM on a day-to-day basis. We are the only few companies in China to be both CMMI Level 3 and ISO 9001 compliant.

In addition Hime Technology has developed its own proprietary methodology and framework for software development that combines the best aspects of leading software development methodologies optimized for offshore delivery.

To our clients, this focus on high quality means successful engagements that are completed on schedule with extremely low defect rates. For example, in Q4 2007, Hime Technology completed 26 projects, of which 5 had a 0 defect rate and the remainder had defect rates less then 1% per thousand lines of code.
