HIME Technology has been involved in software testing and quality assurance since its founding in 2001. We have been operating a separate Software QA/Software Testing service since 2004, providing Clients both independent Software Testing services and offshore Over the past 4 years, we have developed a sound while still flexible project management structures, developed HIME Technology Software Quality Assurance Methodology, and accumulated experience in a wide range of technologies and business domains. We draw from this experience to adapt our processes and methodologies to fit our client's specific needs. We can provide a range of services from independently testing your software as Software Testers, to being fully involved in your software development lifecycle as Quality Assurance Analysts.
Through our experience working with knowledgeable and capable clients, our QA leaders and senior management have developed different working structures enabling us to effectively work together with our onshore partners. Our two main work relationships are our Offshore Testing Center (OTC) which provides you offshore staff that integrates directly with your onshore operations; and our Independent Testing Service which provides you short or medium term independent testing. Each model is flexible and can be adapted to fit your needs.
HIME Technology's Software Testing and QA professionals can join you at any stage of your software development lifecycle. We can begin our test plan writing during the requirements clarification stage providing you requirements feedback; or, we can simply test your software independently before its release. If you require an Offshore QA team to participate in your entire development lifecycle, please note that our company specializes in the Agile development methodology. Our Agile experts from the development side of our company are available to consult with you and assist in the establishment of offshore nightly automated build testing and even nightly code review processes. HIME Technology can significantly reduce your software testing costs by executing your existing test scripts offshore. Our Junior Testers are fully capable of precisely executing test plans, writing clear English language bug reports, and complementing test case execution with free testing.
HIME Technology has a wide variety of machines running different hardware types, operating systems running on raw hardware (Windows, Mac, Linux), and a large collection of virtual machines. We have a highly evolved targeted cross platform test methodology to perform cross platform testing based on your business requirements.
HIME Technology's Intermediate and Senior Testers can design a test plan, draft test scripts, execute the scripts and work with our Junior Testers to provide a complete set of bug reports for fixing before the release of your software. You can reactivate a HIME Technology test team at a later time to perform regression testing, or for your next release. Some of the testers from your original team may still be available, and the project supervisors will retain knowledge of your system. For independent projects, we generally work under the standard Hewlett Packard Quality Center testing methodology; even if we work outside of the HP QC environment. We are also flexible to work under your organization' testing methodology via our ‘OTC' work relationship model. After manual functionality scripts are written and executed, we can work with you to consider what aspects of the Test Plan are economical for automation. Finaly, we can run performance tests against your system.
HIME Technology can bridge its development expertise with its testing team to construct a full offshore QA operation including involvement in the Requirements Analysis Process, functionality testing, nightly automated build testing, code review, performance testing, and automation test development where applicable.

In the performance testing world, stress testing, load testing, scalability testing and capacity testing are different techniques that provide different views of a system's capabilities; and depending on the resources you wish to expend on performance testing, we can provide you the proper level of performance risk management based on your actual business requirements relating to scalability risk.
